As Invited scholar under Initiative Nobel Laurette grant, Dr. Noorazlin Ismail sponsored by RMC, UPM for research collaboration with an expert in International Entrepreneurship/International Business field of study, Prof. Dr. Gary Knight have made a visit at Willamette University, Salem, USA. The date of the visit is from 17th September to 30th September 2018.

Willamette University is the oldest university in the USA. Atkinson Graduate School of Management specializes in MBA program to have triple accreditation for ACCSB, NASPAA (public management) and joint with law school (American Bar Association)-JD/MBA Dual Degree. The achievement for this program is to be at the Top-ranked MBA program in Oregon by Businessweek and Forbes, CEO Magazine, Princeton Review, Bloomberg's Businessweek.

Interesting visit places in Salem and Portland and related with mostly UPM's faculties research areas. Therefore are the interesting places visited such as MAX train technology that sharing the road with other cars, Dam and hydrotechnology from Columbia River,  Red Indian tribes, Elephant with sounds message and activities, Roses garden with different colours and sizes and tourist pink bus.
